- Schedule and coordinate home care services for clients based on their needs and preferences
- Communicate with clients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Manage and maintain accurate client and caregiver schedules
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding new caregivers
- Provide administrative support to the home care team
- Serve on-call to handle urgent client and caregiver issues outside of regular business hours.
